The Fold – Down (FD) Desk is an exclusive feature of our NorCal Collection and can be incorporated into any compatible Wallbed system within this line. Designed with efficiency in mind, this integrated side cabinet (pier) requires just 24” of wall space, making it an ideal solution for rooms where minimizing footprint is essential.

When in use, the desktop extends ap proximately 48” from the wall, providing a functional workspace suitable for everyday tasks, laptop use, or creative projects. When the space needs to transition back to a guest room — or when you simply wish to “close up” your office — the desktop can be cleared into the cabinet, folded upward, and secured in place. All contents remain concealed behind closed doors, maintaining a clean, organized appearance and ensuring your workspace stays neatly tucked away when not in use.
