Chip and the team at Wallbeds plus Kevin and the installation crew are phenomenal. I read the reviews before choosing to purchase a Murphy Bed from Wallbeds and they definitely lived up to their billing. Chip and crew have a wealth of experience and advice to find the perfect fit/design and they’re excellent at being available to answer questions and walk you through the sometimes overwhelming amount of options. They really simplified a process I thought was going to be difficult and dreadful. They did it with kindness, respect and attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service but most importantly my Murphy Bed is simply perfect. I couldn’t have imagined it going any better. I am extremely happy with my new Wallbeds. The workmanship and attention to detail given to the each Wallbed I purchased exceeded my expectations. I had been looking for two years for the right Murphy/Wall unit for my new home and am very pleased I chose these beds. The staff is extremely knowledgable, friendly and accommodating. The two Cambridge units I purchased look and fit beautifully in the home. I will take pictures and update this review as soon as I finish my move to the new home. Wallbeds “n” More was an exceptionally good experience for us. We never realized how versatile these products have become and once we stepped inside the showroom and met Aimee we were shown the full array of options. Although we ended up with a basic model for our purpose, what is available for almost every room made us realize we will more than likely be repeat customers! Wallbeds that convert to shelving units, desks/work stations, full wall units; the options are endless. Styles and quality are top notch and found the prices to be a good value.
